We are seeking a CRM Executive to manage customer communications, follow-ups, and lead management through our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions including inquiries and feedback.
- Track leads diligently using the CRM system.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain precise and updated customer records within the database.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service follow-ups.
