Key Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans in partnership with the Motion network.
• Identify new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers ensuring their needs are met consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer service and respond to ad-hoc requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum three to four years of experience selling industrial products and services through solution-based approaches.
• Strong aptitude to uncover and capture new business potential within current customers.
• Problem-solving capabilities combined with curiosity and comfort operating with blue-collar, construction, and industrial stakeholders.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
