About the Role
Join the Customer Service team at Saadiyat Grove where we craft inspiring and delightful experiences for every visitor. We seek approachable, proactive professionals who deliver exceptional service within a luxury cultural destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, managing arrivals, valet services, and VIP interactions with tact and cultural sensitivity.
- Create tailored guest experiences by orchestrating personalized itineraries, guided tours, and sharing stories about art, design, brands, and cultural events.
- Handle guest requests, coordinate bookings and concierge services, anticipating needs with empathy and precise attention.
- Ensure the mall environment is safe, clean, and fully operational, including monitoring lost and found items, cash procedures, and assisting special needs guests.
- Serve as a communication link between tenants and management, actively collecting feedback and addressing service concerns promptly.
- Deliver excellent service within a fast-paced, shift-based setting that includes weekends, holidays, and busy seasons.

Experience & Qualifications
- Three to five years of increasing responsibility in guest services, hospitality, luxury retail, aviation, or fine dining sectors.
- Preferred experience in luxury, high-profile, or culturally rich settings.
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
- Willingness to work flexible, rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and peak times.
