Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses on extensive datasets to uncover insights and propose solutions for intricate business issues.
• Create and sustain data products including dashboards and automated reports to equip teams with comprehensive insights for decision-making.
• Convert unclear queries into data-supported recommendations and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to develop analytics solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
• Take charge of validating data and ensuring the quality of technical outputs, maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.
• Manage shifting priorities and technical challenges by identifying improvement opportunities in current processes to propel business advancement.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of one year of technical experience in roles centered around data, such as business analytics, intelligence, data science, or data engineering.
• Proficient in SQL with demonstrated ability to write and interpret complex queries.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Intermediate expertise in SQL.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Background in customer support or customer insights analysis.
• Advanced skills in data analysis that lead to actionable, practical recommendations.
• Experience leading prominent projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills capable of explaining complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership attitude and accountability.
• Self-driven, curious, and focused on delivering impact by addressing significant problems.
• Adept at handling ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience presenting data findings to senior leadership.
• Ability to craft compelling, concise narratives to convey insightful data stories.
