Overview
This role requires strong English language skills and a minimum of a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. A work experience ranging from two to less than three years is expected. The position is based entirely onsite, with no remote work option, within the private sector.
Responsibilities
- Receive and register documents for data entry processing.
- Input data following predefined formats accurately.
- Transfer data seamlessly between different software platforms.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
- Maintain and update databases systematically.
- Conduct backup procedures to safeguard data.
- Handle general office tasks as required.
- Create digital records from physical documents using scanning devices.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operational activities.
- Convert handwritten data into Excel or Word documents efficiently.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Familiarity with IBM AS/400 systems.
- Proficient use of word processing and database management software.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows OS.
- Competent in using spreadsheets and conducting internet-based research.
Expertise and Specialization
- Understanding of business technical terminology.
- Experience managing correspondence, invoices, reports, and records.
- Typing speed of 10,001 to 12,000 keystrokes per hour.
Work Environment and Conditions
- Fast-paced and repetitive task environment.
- Requires focused attention to detail and prolonged sitting periods.
- Own transportation is preferred, although public transport is accessible.
