Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team during night shifts, focused on supporting US IT recruitment processes by managing candidate records and completing online application tasks. This position is suitable for freshers with basic computer skills and a fundamental grasp of English.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain detailed candidate information systematically.
• Submit applications for candidates to relevant US IT job opportunities.
• Assist in securing interviews by applying to appropriate job postings on behalf of candidates.
• Work during assigned night hours to meet recruitment process timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of computer operations.
• Basic English comprehension skills; verbal communication is not mandatory.
• Willingness to work night shifts consistently.
• No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Working days: Monday through Friday.
• Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
• Monthly salary: ₹15,000 plus additional incentives based on the number of interviews secured.
