About the Role

The organization is investing heavily in AI innovation and seeks a seasoned Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy production-level AI solutions that drive tangible business value.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement AI and machine learning models enhancing product functionality and business insights.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to identify impactful AI use cases and translate requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models from experimentation phases to deployment in production environments.
- Utilize state-of-the-art AI technologies including machine learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents to build intelligent applications.
- Contribute to the establishment of AI best practices, model governance, and technical standards.
- Monitor emerging AI advancements to recommend and implement innovative technology integrations across the business.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in live production settings.
- Proven track record of moving AI projects beyond the proof-of-concept stage into scalable, impactful deployments.
- Strong skills in machine learning, statistical modeling, and proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Desirable expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Background from technology companies, AI startups, digital product firms, or consulting environments, successfully delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions or scaling AI products.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate intricate business challenges into operational AI solutions.
