Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate delivery of parts and accessories to customers.
• Confirm order details before and during delivery.
• Manage loading and unloading of parts as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members.
• Offer outstanding customer service in a courteous and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.

About the Heavy Vehicle Parts Division

This division primarily serves the trucking, construction, mining, and forestry sectors. It is the largest network nationwide, comprising over 100 Traction heavy vehicle parts stores, three TW distribution centers, more than 100 TruckPro repair centers, and three Cadel specialized parts distribution centers across the country.
