Role Overview

Revolt is hiring a Designer for its London team. This position suits someone who wants to grow their design career while gaining practical experience across a wide variety of purpose-led projects. You will support the creative team in delivering work across print, digital and social channels, working closely with designers, creative leads and project teams to produce polished creative outputs and help keep projects moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help develop and execute design concepts across multiple formats, create assets that reflect client goals and brand standards, and contribute ideas that bring campaigns and communications to life. You will also help prepare presentations and other supporting materials, assist with coordination and project management tasks, keep timelines on track, and maintain organised files and documentation. Collaboration is central to the role, so you’ll work with cross-functional teams, respond constructively to feedback, and contribute to a positive team environment. You’ll also be expected to stay current with design trends, tools and best practices while continuing to build your creative and technical capabilities.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a design role, either in an agency or in-house setting. You should be confident using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint and Keynote, and have experience producing print, digital and social content. Familiarity with AI tools in a professional context is also expected. Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills are important, along with excellent attention to detail, strong organisation, the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, and solid communication and teamwork abilities. A positive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively are key.
