Job Overview
We seek a Director of Project Management who embodies Sharecare’s core values of Family, Caring, Compassion, Accountability, and Respect. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Partnerships & Administration, this pivotal leadership position governs project management efforts across all four Sharecare divisions—CareLinx (Home Care), Health Data Solutions (Medical Record Support), Population Health, and Life Sciences—as well as corporate-level initiatives. The Director will oversee project intake, establish executive reporting mechanisms, and ensure projects meet quality, cost-effectiveness, profitability, and timeline objectives while satisfying stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a unified project intake process across all major divisions and corporate initiatives.
- Design executive-level reporting frameworks to provide transparent project portfolio tracking including resource use, risk management, and outcome measurement.
- Lead enterprise-wide cross-divisional projects from start to finish, aligning activities with strategic corporate goals.
- Establish and propagate standardized project management methodologies and best practices throughout the organization.
- Engage directly with division leaders, key stakeholders, and senior executives, including the VP of Partnerships & Administration and C-suite officers.
- Coordinate multifunctional teams and manage dependencies among concurrent projects spanning multiple divisions.
- Maintain detailed project artifacts such as charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
- Regularly monitor and report project status, proactively addressing risks and issues affecting scope, timeline, quality, or fiscal parameters.
- Facilitate project prioritization and optimize resource distribution in a competitive divisional environment.
- Track and analyze project performance metrics, providing consistent updates to executive leadership.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes within the enterprise.
- Document lessons learned and lead post-project retrospectives to foster organizational continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support project managers and team members across all divisions to enhance project delivery capabilities.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring judicious resource use aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain superior stakeholder satisfaction consistent with Sharecare standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related discipline required.
- Minimum of 5 years advancing through project management roles with increasing responsibility.
- Proven expertise managing complex, enterprise-level, cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of project management lifecycle and principles.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple simultaneous complex projects.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred credentials include an MBA or Master's, certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master.
- Experience in healthcare, technology sectors, or similar industries advantageous.
- Familiarity with managing projects across multiple divisions and diverse methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Background in healthcare operations, home care, population health, or life sciences is desirable.
Skills and Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalents.
- Skilled with MS Office Suite, Visio, and executive-level reporting applications.
