Role Overview

The Dispatch & Delivery Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai. The primary responsibilities include managing the daily dispatch of meals and ensuring deliveries reach customers promptly and accurately. Key tasks involve planning delivery routes, allocating orders to drivers, and tracking real-time delivery progress to uphold service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
• Assign orders appropriately to available delivery personnel.
• Verify order accuracy and oversee readiness of packaging before dispatch.
• Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and customer service teams to promptly address any operational challenges.
• Respond to delivery-related customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Update and maintain accurate delivery records using internal management tools.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and contribute to improvements in logistics processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven skills in dispatch coordination, including route planning and real-time monitoring of deliveries.
• Strong organizational and operational capabilities to manage daily order flows, conduct inventory checks, and handle documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service aptitude for managing queries and collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency with technology tools such as mobile applications, delivery management software, and spreadsheet programs.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring order accuracy and quality maintenance.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai with flexible scheduling, including during busy periods, within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food delivery, logistics, or dispatch is advantageous.
• Understanding of Dubai’s road network and traffic conditions is beneficial; possession of a valid UAE driving license is considered a plus.
