Dredging Superintendent

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dredging Superintendent to oversee and manage significant dredging projects in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of marine operations to ensure the effective execution of projects within stipulated timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project work plans tailored to dredging operations.
• Lead and supervise dredging activities ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Train and mentor dredge operators to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and oversee marine survey tasks relevant to dredging projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Marine, Civil, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of ten years’ professional experience, including at least 3-4 years specifically in a superintendent role on major dredging projects.

Compensation

The monthly salary range is Qatari Riyal 8,000 to 10,000.
