Role overview

Zebronics India Pvt Ltd is hiring an Ecommerce Operations professional in Chennai to oversee day-to-day B2B order handling across multiple e-commerce platforms. The position focuses on making sure orders are processed quickly, dispatched on time, and coordinated properly with the relevant internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage B2B orders on a daily basis across all e-commerce channels so that processing and dispatch happen without delays.
• Work closely with the warehouse, logistics partners, and platform teams to process purchase orders and support timely delivery completion.
• Keep communication flowing between departments so operational tasks are completed smoothly and on schedule.

Candidate profile

• Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate confidently with internal teams, logistics partners, warehouses, and platform stakeholders.
• Comfortable communicating in both Hindi and English in a clear, professional manner.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Typing ability at a basic to intermediate level is needed for this position.
• Applicants living near the office location will be preferred for easier commuting and operational availability.
• A proactive approach, sense of ownership, and willingness to collaborate across teams are important for success in this role.
