Ecommerce Specialist

About the Role

Praana Textiles Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Specialist to take full responsibility for managing its online marketplace operations. The role involves overseeing product listings, campaign management, inventory control, and collaborative coordination to ensure seamless online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of sales on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Handle product cataloguing and optimize content to enhance visibility and sales performance.
• Design, launch, and continually refine advertising campaigns within marketplaces to maximize impact.
• Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent stock shortages by timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with production teams to track fast-moving items and plan for adequate stock.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly comprehensive reports analyzing sales, advertising effectiveness, inventory status, stock-outs, losses due to out-of-stock situations, product returns, and overall marketplace metrics.
• Identify issues or gaps, suggest corrections, and maintain continuous availability of products online.
• Work closely with merchandising, manufacturing, and warehouse departments to foster business growth across digital channels.

Additional Information

This position is based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, and requires onsite presence. The ideal candidate will treat the marketplace as their own business, ensuring consistency in product availability and informed decision-making through data-driven reports to scale online operations effectively.
