Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Sales Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience who will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships by providing expert technical support on electrical products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects within designated regions and sectors.
  • Market and sell electrical equipment, products, and solutions to contractors, consultants, distributors, and end clients.
  • Establish and nurture lasting relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Conduct customer site visits, deliver presentations, and perform technical demonstrations.
  • Analyze customer requirements and suggest appropriate electrical solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contractual agreements to finalize sales.
  • Track inquiries, quotations, and projects to optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure project success.
  • Keep updated on market developments, competitor behavior, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain precise sales data, forecasts, and reports utilizing CRM tools.
  • Meet individual sales targets and support overall company growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, certified by SCE, is mandatory.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in technical or electrical sales or a related area.
  • Familiarity with electrical products including switchgear, transformers, cables, control panels, circuit breakers, LV/MV systems, or industrial electrical solutions.
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with CRM software considered a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
