About the Role
Alignerr collaborates with premier AI research teams globally, focusing on designing and training sophisticated AI models. We are currently looking for skilled EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to aid healthcare providers in setting up, tailoring, and enhancing electronic medical record systems such as Epic and Cerner. This position ensures that digital clinical platforms seamlessly integrate with actual healthcare workflows to promote accurate, efficient, and dependable patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of EMR/EHR systems like Epic and Cerner, ensuring alignment with organizational workflow needs.
- Examine clinical and administrative workflows to confirm system support for effectiveness, compliance, and usability.
- Diagnose system-related issues, carry out improvements, and facilitate widespread adoption within healthcare teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in the deployment or refinement of EMR/EHR solutions including Epic, Cerner, or comparable platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of both clinical and administrative processes within healthcare settings.
- Skill in translating operational requirements into practical and efficient system configurations.
- Preferred: Experience with data annotation, quality control, or evaluation frameworks.
Compensation and Work Details
- Hourly contract position with pay ranging from $35 to $75 per hour.
- Flexible remote work, with 10 to 40 hours weekly commitment.
