Role Overview
Agatto Agricultura is hiring a remote contract Entry / Junior Business Analyst to help turn business needs into practical improvements. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to capture and record requirements, review current workflows, and spot opportunities to make operations more effective.
What You’ll Do
- Work with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Examine existing business processes and identify areas where performance can be improved.
- Carry out data analysis and use findings to support recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal use and decision-making.
- Help develop proposals that improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Convert business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Qualifications

- Comfort working independently in a remote setup, organizing time well, and handling multiple priorities.
