Entry-Level Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Program Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity based in Germany. This position involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and projects, working closely across teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple programs and their associated projects.
• Manage program timelines, milestones, and priorities to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities involving different project teams.
• Monitor program progress by tracking performance metrics, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare detailed status reports, presentations, and dashboards reflecting project updates.
• Organize program meetings, create agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with project managers, business units, technical departments, and stakeholders to maintain communication.
• Support alignment across teams to meet program objectives.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation, processes, and reporting standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for program management practices and workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Entry-Level or Junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience ranging from none up to 3+ years in program or project management, coordination, operations, business analysis, or related areas including internships.
• Basic knowledge of project and program management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across various teams.
• Attention to detail with strong follow-through on deliverables.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams in a remote environment.
• Experience with project management and collaboration software is beneficial.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Germany.
