Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant position based in Dubai. The role includes delivering extensive executive administrative support such as calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense report preparation. The Executive Assistant will act as a key liaison for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and prompt responses. Daily responsibilities also cover organizing documents, monitoring action items, assisting with executive projects, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Experience and Salary
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in their home country; freshers in the UAE are also considered. The monthly salary is 3000 AED with benefits provided as per UAE labor regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in executive administrative support, including managing calendars, meetings, and top-level priorities.
- Excellent communication capabilities and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
- Experience accurately preparing and reconciling expense reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with executives, teams, and external partners.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as document handling, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Prior experience assisting senior leadership in a dynamic environment.
- Capacity to manage confidential information with discretion and uphold professional standards.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with familiarity in standard office software.
- Education in Business Administration or a related discipline, preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree.
