Job Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Executive to efficiently manage purchase orders and coordinate timely deliveries between vendors and customers while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review work orders to ensure compliance with specified Terms & Conditions.
- Create outward purchase orders after receiving inward purchase orders.
- Maintain comprehensive MIS for proper numbering and organization of purchase orders.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all associated documents including invoices, e-way bills, GRNs, and purchase invoices.
- Regularly follow up with customers to obtain dispatch instructions.
- Coordinate with vendors to guarantee the prompt delivery of materials in line with purchase order agreements.
- Track and record due dates for fulfillment of purchase orders and update tracking sheets accordingly.
