Role Overview

The Executive will oversee the complete employee exit processes, ensuring policy compliance, smooth transitions, and maintaining a positive employee experience throughout separations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ownership of HR analytics initiatives and projects related to People & Culture (PEC) processes.
• Continuously identify and recommend best practices to leverage data mining for enhancing HR function efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create dashboards focusing on critical HR metrics like attrition, performance, talent management, and recruitment analytics.
• Manage delivery of monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership and business unit HR leaders.
• Develop automated, consistent reporting solutions integrating various HR information systems ensuring accurate, timestamped, and dynamic data access.
• Maintain documented adherence to data integrity, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Support routine review and approval processes for any procedural changes, deviations, out-of-specifications (OOS), corrective action plans (CAPA), and more.
• Participate in root cause analysis of deviations, OOS, complaints, and audit activities both internal and external.
• Assist in risk assessment reviews, validation documentation, and compiling trend reports and key quality metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2 to 4 years of proven experience in data analytics, continuous process improvement (CPI), or related domains.
