Job Overview
As an Export Sales Executive, your primary task will be to generate international leads and engage with importers and distributors, primarily in the B2B export sector. You will manage customer inquiries across multiple communication platforms including email and WhatsApp, prepare accurate quotations, and diligently follow up to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new export customers and generate international leads.
- Manage buyer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and other communication tools.
- Prepare and send quotations, then proactively follow up with potential clients.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of orders.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage recurring business.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with MS Office, email, and internet usage.
- Strong follow-up ability and coordination capabilities.
- Previous experience in export sales or within the automotive spare parts industry is advantageous.
