Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible Field Collection Executive to join our team and support our credit management operations. The role involves visiting customers to recover overdue payments while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make field visits to customers to collect payments that are overdue.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of each customer visit and collection made.
- Develop and maintain cordial and positive relationships with customers during the collection process.
- Meet or exceed the collection targets assigned periodically.
- Provide daily reports on field activities and collection status to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all ethical and legal guidelines during debt recovery.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 12000 and 23000 Indian Rupees.
