Position Overview

The Field Execution Representative will report directly to the Regional Manager and operate as a brand ambassador across multiple distribution outlets, including grocery, specialty, health clubs, and convenience stores. The role centers on merchandising activities such as deploying new floor displays and signage, organizing product demos to drive customer interest, and ensuring consistent management of shelf space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies.
• Visit target accounts regularly, making 15 to 20 calls daily.
• Engage with store managers to negotiate product display placements like PDQs and end caps.
• Provide sales leads and growth opportunities to territory sales managers.
• Expand product distribution within store guidelines and as approved by management.
• Maintain shelves, cold vaults, and coolers stocked and properly merchandised according to brand standards.
• Rotate backstock efficiently according to account rules (independent or chain stores).
• Place approved point-of-sale materials.
• Support new store launches and store reset projects.
• Take and submit photos weekly with reports for accountability.
• Conduct product demonstrations upon request.
• Maintain an organized list of key accounts to facilitate effective planning and execution.
• Communicate regularly with sales, district, and regional management.
• Log all field activity and mileage weekly using the company’s sales application.

Requirements

• Previous retail or merchandising experience ranging from none to two years; merchandising background preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Wednesday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling.
• Highly motivated with a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Self-driven team player attitude.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and an excellent driving record; must pass Motor Vehicle Record screening.
• Accessible personal vehicle with mileage allowance provided.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external interactions.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Residence within the county of the assigned territory.

Work Schedule and Location

This role is field-based and requires presence in an assigned market area, including San Antonio, Pflugerville, Conroe, or Austin in Texas. The standard workweek is Wednesday through Sunday.
