Field Manager - GenAI Ready Naari Program

Role Overview

Join Nimaya Foundation as a Field Manager to lead the implementation of the GenAI Ready Naari Program based in Ahmedabad. This initiative aims to empower young women from underserved communities by equipping them with skills in generative AI and preparing them for future employment landscapes influenced by advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of the program within the field.
• Manage participant engagement including onboarding, attendance, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate effectively with trainers, internal staff, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Maintain detailed records, documentation, and operational trackers for the program.
• Support efforts related to placement coordination and other participant-related activities.
• Collect participant and stakeholder feedback, track impact metrics, and aid in program reporting.

About Nimaya Foundation

Established in 2021 by Navya Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty, Nimaya Foundation focuses on enabling young women to thrive in an AI-driven economy. They collaborate with key entities like the Government of India's Yuva AI Mission and have positively impacted over 10,000 participants across multiple states through their flagship GenAI Ready Naari Program.

Program Highlights

• 40 hours of immersive training, with 32 hours offline and 8 hours online.
• Learning modules include chatbot development, AI-driven research, communication, creative problem-solving, and real-world project mentorship.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in program operations, field execution, or project management.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience with compliance and structured reporting systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati language skills are an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to travel within Ahmedabad.
• Must be based in Ahmedabad, as physical presence is required.
