Overview

Mb Staffing Services LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst/Budget Analyst with between one and three years of experience in finance or budgeting. The role involves supporting financial reporting, budgeting activities, and operational financial analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is mandatory.
• Experience spanning 1 to 3 years in finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial operations is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and scrutinize financial reports.
• Assist in compiling monthly Board reports.
• Develop Budget Book components such as tables, charts, and descriptive narratives.
• Collect and evaluate financial datasets.
• Suggest process improvement initiatives and assist with financial operations.
• Handle special assignments as designated.
