Flight Operations Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a Flight Operations Coordinator to manage various aspects of flight operations including staffing, logistics, maintenance, and operational data analysis. This role supports flight and ground testing as well as demonstration activities by ensuring coordination and resource planning efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, flight clearance processes, logistics, maintenance schedules, and operating area maps to efficiently support flight operations, ground/flight testing, and demonstrations.
• Collect, maintain, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics to ensure accurate record-keeping and to aid management decision-making.
• Maintain comprehensive pilot and technician training records, guaranteeing compliance, quality control, and training validity.
• Manage coordination, monitoring, and status reporting of operational equipment, such as Ground Control Systems (GCS), to optimize readiness and visibility of assets.
• Assist in resource allocation and operational planning efforts by supporting operations staff deployment and operational plan implementation.
• Collaborate with Senior Operations Officers and Pilots in Command (PICs) to coordinate the acquisition and uploading of operational area maps necessary for flight operations.
• Deliver administrative and operational support to management and other Operations teams by executing additional duties as assigned.
