Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing international procurement operations and ensuring efficient management of logistics processes. The specialist will be responsible for supplier relationships, sourcing, shipping coordination, and maintaining adherence to trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sourcing and procurement activities from international suppliers, including assessing and negotiating contracts.
• Manage import/export operations, such as documentation preparation and customs clearance.
• Oversee logistics workflows ensuring punctual delivery and resolution of any shipment-related challenges.
• Collaborate with internal departments to synchronize supply needs and optimize inventory management.
• Analyze procurement and logistics data to enhance cost efficiency and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with both regulatory requirements and company policies throughout supply chain operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of direct experience in a relevant role.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade laws and customs formalities.
• Experience liaising with shipping and logistics providers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software systems.
• Strong English communication capabilities.
