Position Summary

We seek skilled Freelance Graphic Designers to enhance our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidates will specialize in various design disciplines, delivering innovative digital, motion, and interactive design work for marketing materials such as campaigns, presentations, ebooks, infographics, videos, and more. This role encourages long-term collaboration and continuous evolution to stay at the forefront of digital design trends.

Key Qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing your design capabilities is essential.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in design roles, ideally within B2B tech agency settings.
• Strong attention to detail and a discerning eye for design.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills complemented by a dedicated work ethic.
• Proficient in graphic design elements including typography, photography, motion graphics, and illustration.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Capability to produce accessibility-compliant documents, including PDFs.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Core Responsibilities

• Create compelling, strategically driven designs across multiple channels including social media, print, digital, video, and email communication.
• Collaborate closely with discipline leaders and clients to brainstorm ideas, design solutions, and present creative work, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Apply innovative problem-solving skills in undefined or novel scenarios to explore and develop new design approaches.
