Role Overview

This position seeks a motivated technology professional to aid AISATS in shifting from manual data processes to AI-enhanced digital workflows. The candidate will leverage expertise in data analytics, automation, AI, and full stack development to boost operational efficiency through innovative digital solution development and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain internal web applications, dashboards, and automation systems.
• Develop both frontend and backend components for enterprise-level applications with responsive user interfaces linked to APIs and databases.
• Manage deployment, testing, maintenance, and optimize application performance.
• Conduct analysis of varied data sets to discover trends and generate actionable business insights.
• Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI or related tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making by management.
• Explore, research, and implement AI technologies including Large Language Models and automation tools to improve workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Automate routine tasks and reports employing Python or low-code/no-code platforms, integrating with AI services such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Investigate new software and AI productivity solutions, keeping abreast of developments in AI, analytics, automation, and software engineering.
• Recommend and drive innovative digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, AI, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in full stack web development and related technology projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management with experience in data cleaning and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise system integration.
• Full stack development skills including frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with deployment processes, cloud platforms, and version control systems.
• Understanding of Generative AI principles and Large Language Model platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, with awareness of prompt engineering and AI automation frameworks.
• Additional familiarity with Power Platform or automation tools is advantageous.
