About CodeYogi Foundation
CodeYogi Foundation delivers AI and coding education to underprivileged students throughout India via mobile-first technology, in their native languages, supported by an AI tutor accessible through smartphones. Their program caters to over 300,000 students across nine states and more than 100 districts, nearly half of whom are female, with about 95% learning exclusively on smartphones without laptops or English proficiency requirements. As a Section 8 non-profit, they are scaling up following founder-backed growth and initiated fundraising in October 2025 to expand reach to 1 million students by 2027 and 5 million by 2030.
Role Overview
The Fundraising Strategy Associate will collaborate closely with the Director to develop and manage the fundraising pipeline, transforming leads into enduring partnerships to support the foundation’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop fundraising strategies: Identify promising funding channels including CSR initiatives, foundations, high-net-worth individuals, and philanthropic sources; analyze donor insights and outreach data to refine strategy; recommend priorities to enhance the fundraising funnel.
- Pipeline development and relationship management: Construct a qualified donor pipeline aligned with the mission; initiate personalized outreach; maintain engagement through timely follow-ups until prospects are ready for higher-level discussions.
- Execute fundraising operations: Manage the fundraising CRM ensuring all opportunities progress; oversee proposal submissions, deadlines, and communications; equip senior leadership with thorough research and briefing materials for donor interactions.
- System and process enhancement: Create scalable fundraising workflows, improve templates and procedures to strengthen fundraising capacity over time.

Additional Details
- Location: Dehradun office with occasional travel for donor meetings and events.
- Working hours: Core hours are 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for events and international funder coordination.
- Experience required: Between 2 to 6 years in relevant roles.
- Salary: Competitive range of 8,000,000 to 15,000,000 Indian Rupees annually, dependent on experience and fundraising track record.
