General Assistant - Part Time

About the Role

We are seeking a General Assistant to work 20 hours per week from 9:30am to 2:30pm in Luton. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £12.71 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional service by serving food and drinks to guests.
• Address guests' needs promptly and ensure their requests are met efficiently.
• Provide attentive customer service throughout every interaction, helping with inquiries and resolving any concerns politely.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations and contribute positively to a safe and inclusive workplace atmosphere.
• Follow all health and safety regulations along with food safety and catering guidelines specific to the venue.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service.

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or food service role is advantageous.
