Role Overview
This role is for a hands-on engineer who will help design and build Python-driven generative AI solutions on AWS Bedrock. The work will center on retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agent-based workflows, and production-ready AI features, while working under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Create generative AI features and workflow components using Python and AWS Bedrock.
- Develop RAG pipelines, including document chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and response grounding.
- Design and implement single-step and multi-step agent flows with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Connect large language models to APIs, tools, and internal enterprise systems.
- Produce reliable, tested Python code and support it through CI/CD practices.
- Track basic operational indicators such as latency, token usage, and cost.
- Work closely with architects, senior engineers, and QA teams.
Technical Expectations
The role requires solid Python fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, typing, modules, pytest/unittest, fixtures, and basic asynchronous programming. Candidates should also understand AWS Bedrock model invocation, knowledge base or retrieval integration, and basic guardrails and access controls. A working grasp of prompt design, RAG patterns, evaluation basics, and agent routing is expected, along with familiarity with Git, pull requests, CI pipelines, and Docker basics.
Preferred Exposure
Helpful additional knowledge includes vector databases such as OpenSearch, FAISS, or Pinecone; awareness of Kubernetes; and basic machine learning concepts like metrics, cross-validation, and leakage. Strong communication, the ability to understand requirements clearly, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach are also valued.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Sc., B.Tech / B.E., or B.C.A. in any specialization. Only candidates who are currently available in Bangalore or prepared to relocate should apply. Experience with .NET full stack along with generative AI is mandatory.
