Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic front office team. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests from their arrival until departure, ensuring a memorable and personalized hospitality experience. The role includes managing guest requests efficiently with a positive attitude, accurately handling reservations and billing, and contributing to maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue. You will also be responsible for managing communications via email and telephone, coordinating transportation and luggage assistance, providing recommendations on local attractions, and supporting porter services when necessary.

• Be flexible to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
