Overview

This role focuses on more than just maintaining clean rooms and tidy beds; it aims to craft a memorable and distinctive guest experience. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will be proficient in various housekeeping duties, ensuring the overall hotel's appearance and cleanliness are exceptional. Empowered to move throughout your assigned area independently, you will attend to guest requests, manage supply carts, clean guest rooms and public areas, along with other related tasks that contribute to an outstanding guest environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards across hotel spaces including guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs.
• Manage inventory and restock housekeeping carts efficiently.
• Adhere to hotel policies, safety protocols, and quality expectations rigorously.
• Support a safe and professional workplace environment through proper conduct, personal appearance, and communication.
• Perform physical activities such as standing, walking for extended periods, and handling items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
