Compensation and Benefits

• Earn between $400 and $700 weekly.
• Enjoy a schedule with no night or weekend shifts, allowing quality family time.
• Paid time off is provided: 3 days after 6 months of employment, increasing to 5 days per year after one year (not cumulative).
• Comprehensive professional training is supplied on the job.
• Work in teams using company vehicles, eliminating the need for personal transportation; gas expenses are covered by the employer.

Job Responsibilities and Environment

• Deliver detail-oriented, courteous, and reliable cleaning services in client residences.
• Manage and maintain supplies, residence keys, files, and sensitive personal information responsibly.
• Maintain a positive, accountable demeanor while working collaboratively within a team.
• Operate safely in environments containing pets.
• Adhere to safety protocols, utilizing provided masks, gloves, and EPA-approved disinfectants.

Experience and Requirements

• A minimum of one year cleaning experience is preferred.
• Personal qualities required include responsibility, friendliness, attentiveness to detail, and accountability.
