Overview
The HR Manager is tasked with managing all facets of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, compliance with labor legislations, and fostering organizational development. The aim is to cultivate a supportive and positive workplace environment aligned with the business objectives through proficient people management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement company-wide HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Supervise employee performance evaluation and appraisal mechanisms.
- Address employee relations concerns, mediation, and grievance handling.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, corporate policies, and statutory obligations.
- Organize and coordinate employee training, continuous learning, and development programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll processing, and leave management systems.
- Maintain comprehensive HR records and official documentation.
- Drive employee engagement, retention efforts, and enhancement of workplace culture.
- Assist in succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Prepare detailed HR analytics, reports, and workforce planning insights for management review.
- Provide consultation to management on HR best practices and policy adherence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Master's degree or MBA specializing in HR.
- Professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance standards.
- Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficient in conducting performance management and employee development processes.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving capability.
- Leadership qualities with effective team management abilities.
- Organizational aptitude and efficient time management skills.
- Competency in HRMS software and MS Office suite.
- Analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
Experience
Commended experience ranges from 3 to 8 years in human resource roles depending on organizational demands.

Work Environment
