Implementation Specialist

Role Overview

This part-time Implementation Specialist position is based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement allowing flexibility for remote work. The primary focus is on facilitating the successful deployment and adoption of Novo Club's programs, tools, and systems among student participants and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute implementation plans to ensure smooth rollout.
• Configure, test, and validate software solutions integral to program delivery.
• Document procedures and workflows to standardize best practices.
• Offer guidance and support for users during their onboarding process.
• Continuously monitor user engagement and collect feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to refine implementation approaches and support enhancement efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, detect trends, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Experience handling software implementation tasks such as setup, testing, and user onboarding.
• A customer-centric mindset emphasizing problem-solving and support.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities to interact with students, partners, and colleagues.
• Background in project coordination or implementation within education, community, or technology sectors is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with onsite presence in Singapore when needed.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems, Education, Business, or similar fields is advantageous.
• Interest in social impact domains such as education, health, women’s empowerment, or environmental causes is a positive asset.
