About the Role

Writer Business Services Private Limited is recruiting Customer Service Executives for the Bharti AXA insurance process. This position involves interacting with customers to provide excellent service and support related to the insurance sector.

Job Details

• Designation: Customer Service Executive
• Monthly Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (net in-hand)
• Work Schedule: 6 working days per week, with Sunday as a fixed weekly off
• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
• Preference for candidates available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Engage with customers effectively to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain strong communication in both English and Hindi languages
• Demonstrate basic computer proficiency to manage customer information and tasks
• Display a positive mindset and eagerness to develop new skills

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduate degree
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and capability to handle customers smoothly
