About NTI Nanofilm

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain seamless operation of IT infrastructure, oversee procurement and configuration of hardware, and provide first- and second-level technical support to approximately 100 colleagues spread over three locations.
- Ensure adherence to modern IT security standards and develop forward-looking IT security strategies in alignment with corporate policies.
- Participate in launching new business applications and contribute strategically to the design and organization of internal database systems.
- Coordinate global IT initiatives and policies closely with the headquarters in Asia, manage operational support teams, and serve as a strategic business partner for company management.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT security, with a willingness to expand expertise in additional IT areas.
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration), relevant academic degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in software or application deployment, and establishing or maintaining database infrastructures.
- Strong intercultural skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse international teams; fluent communication in both German and English.
- A proactive and holistic approach to IT responsibilities, looking beyond routine tasks to continuously improve processes and position IT as a vital enabler for teams.
