Job Overview

This position involves assisting customers and managing branch operations at Muthoot Finance's Coimbatore location. The trainee will be responsible for various customer service and documentation tasks to support smooth branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Addressing walk-in inquiries and helping customers with KYC and documentation maintenance at the branch.
• Providing customer orientation and ongoing support services.
• Promoting and cross-selling internal financial product offerings within the branch premises.
• Making calls for interest collection, updating customers about requirements, and performing some backend branch tasks.
• Generating new sales leads, pitching to potential clients, delivering service to existing customers, and managing all facets of customer relationships.

Compensation
