Investor Relations Associate

About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Associate to join its Investor Relations team, supporting a rapidly expanding client portfolio. This position involves engaging with a varied client group within a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial setting. The team assists investors, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders with their investments on iCapital's proprietary technology platform, as well as working closely with fund sponsors leveraging the platform for distribution purposes. The primary objective is to enhance user experience and ensure client success.

Responsibilities

• Manage dedicated client accounts, partnering closely with internal relationship managers to address client objectives and needs.
• Deliver ongoing client support by responding promptly and accurately to diverse queries to foster client satisfaction.
• Assist prominent fund managers with their fundraising efforts by guiding their clients through the subscription process and overseeing fund closings, emphasizing successful outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the Technology team to improve user experience by contributing to enhancements of the company’s platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 6+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in client servicing or investor relations focused on alternative investments.
• Capable of managing phone queues during business hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm EST.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, financial advisors, and fund managers.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Competitive base salary ranging from 80000 to 110000 USD annually.
• Compensation package includes base salary, equity participation, and an annual performance bonus.
