Job Details

Position available as part-time or full-time
Compensation at $14 per hour
Payments distributed weekly

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and upkeep of all floor types by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Use chemical cleaners and powered equipment according to safety protocols to avoid damage to surfaces and items
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting areas, hallways, and entrances
Empty waste containers properly; utilize compactors for certain trash types
Clean windows, glass dividers, and mirrors with suitable cleaning solutions and tools
Spot clean carpets and assist with deep cleaning such as shampooing and extraction
Restock paper goods and sanitary items as needed
Adhere to the established housekeeping schedules
Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machinery, including floor scrubbers and buffer machines
Carry out additional tasks as assigned to meet client requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months’ experience in janitorial work
Training will be provided during employment
Strong attention to detail
Capability to accurately follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and custodial standards
Familiarity with floor maintenance techniques, such as buffing and waxing
Background in industrial cleaning or facility upkeep
