Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Pricing Manager to join our team in Heeslingen, focusing on managing and setting retail prices for the GRANIT PARTS product range. This role involves strategic price development, collaborating internationally, and ensuring competitive pricing that drives profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and determine gross sales prices for the GRANIT PARTS product catalog.
• Support international offices in adopting pricing strategies and processes tailored to local market and competitor conditions.
• Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies in close cooperation with sales and product management teams.
• Create customized offers based on thorough market and pricing analysis.
• Continuously analyze, monitor, and optimize pricing and terms to remain competitive.
• Monitor competitors to identify market opportunities and risks.
• Identify and apply measures to sustainably increase profitability.
• Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on pricing, price enforcement, and pricing processes.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade merchant or industrial clerk) or a relevant degree.
• Some professional experience, ideally as a Yield Manager, Revenue Manager, or Pricing Analyst, plus strong numerical affinity and commercial mindset.
• Proficient in MS Excel with business-level German (C1) and good English skills.
• Technical understanding is advantageous, along with analytical thinking and a structured work approach.
