Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior QA Engineer to become a part of our quality engineering team. This role involves supporting software test processes, tracking defects, executing test cases, and other quality assurance tasks. It is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience with contemporary QA methodologies and contribute to live projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related program
• Between 0 and 1 year of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a similar function
• Fundamental understanding of manual testing principles, writing test cases, and managing defect lifecycles
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing techniques
• Introductory familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium or Cypress is advantageous
• Experience using bug tracking systems such as Jira or equivalent
• Basic comprehension of software development lifecycles and Agile frameworks
• Capability to clearly identify, document, and communicate defects
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and precision in work
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, managing multiple responsibilities
