Role Overview

The Junior SOC Controller is tasked with developing and standardizing security policies and programs to protect corporate operations. It requires vigilant monitoring and response to security events impacting clients, ensuring the safety of employees, confidential information, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold Pinkerton's fundamental values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in daily duties.
• Monitor and react appropriately to security and safety events affecting clients, visitors, and operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, resolving security issues effectively.
• Continuously monitor electronic security systems to detect unauthorized access or criminal activities at client locations.
• Act as the main contact for employees and other parties reporting incidents, seeking emergency support, or requesting security guidance related to client sites.
• Escalate critical incidents or environmental conditions to senior management that may jeopardize client interests.
• Conduct detailed security incident analyses and report findings to the Security Analyst Supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with global teams in a security operations environment.
• Two to three years of prior work within Global Command Center operations.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic credentials along with formal security education.
• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to evolving organizational and external environments.
• Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality when managing sensitive data.
• Analytical skills to assess incidents and support ongoing process improvements.

Working Conditions

• Requires physical and mental capacity to perform essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
