KP Aviation is a global provider specializing in aftermarket aviation components and asset procurement. We are seeking a dedicated Junior Technical Manager to join our team in Dublin. This position focuses on technical assessments, record reviews, and asset management involving aircraft, engines, Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), and landing gear programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical audits and evaluations of aircraft, engine, APU, and landing gear documentation to aid acquisitions, asset management, and compliance tasks.
• Assist in conducting pre-purchase technical assessments and due diligence for aircraft and engine transactions.
• Organize and review airworthiness documentation, such as Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Modifications (MODs), Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs), and maintenance logs.
• Conduct back-to-birth trace analyses for life-limited parts (LLPs), engines, and landing gear components.
• Examine operational control and maintenance records including overhaul documentation and historical data.
• Analyze structural repair records, damage histories, and reports on technical condition.
• Support lease return audits, annual portfolio reviews, and various technical compliance projects.
• Maintain and organize digital records systems and repositories for customer documentation.
• Collaborate internally and externally to facilitate asset transitions and technical projects.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of procedures related to technical records and documentation management.
• Participate in internal audits and quality assurance initiatives linked to regulatory and customer standards.
• Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Familiarity with aircraft, engine, APU, and landing gear maintenance records and aviation technical documentation.
• Basic understanding of airworthiness regulations and related compliance documentation.
• Knowledge of traceability for LLPs and asset transition records.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in reviewing and interpreting technical maintenance records.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and digital document management platforms.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adept at multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to collaboratively work with multiple departments and external parties.
• Maintains professionalism and sound judgment when managing confidential information.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
• Capable of working independently while remaining a cooperative team member.
