Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial goals and expand account presence within the designated territory to drive business growth.
- Formulate and implement strategic Key Account Plans aligned with organizational priorities and client expectations.
- Establish and nurture credible relationships with healthcare practitioners, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Enhance referral systems and identify chances to better patient identification, accessibility, and coordinated care.
- Plan and execute educational workshops, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and customer-oriented programs.
- Work collaboratively with diverse internal teams to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
- Support the advancement of healthcare advocates and influential opinion leaders in relevant treatment areas.
- Analyze patient care pathways to spot areas for improving healthcare experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer insights, account activities, and performance data in CRM systems.
- Adhere to company policies, reporting standards, and key performance indicators.
- Balance multiple responsibilities while sustaining strong stakeholder relations and business concentration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Healthcare, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of proven success in specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong background in key account management, strategic development, and business growth.
- Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience maneuvering through complex healthcare systems and customer frameworks.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities within a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration aptitudes.
- Commercially minded with experience creating value propositions and growth plans.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays when necessary.
- Advanced proficiency in French (speaking and writing), with intermediate English communication skills.
- Experience in oncology, nuclear medicine, specialty therapies, patient access initiatives, or healthcare pathway development is advantageous.
