Role Overview

We are currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter at Crown, Sheringham. This position requires no prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided to develop the necessary skills for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Thorough daily cleaning of kitchen floors and surfaces to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate cleaning schedules, ensuring tasks are completed and documented appropriately.
• Keeping food storage areas clean and organized.
• Washing dishes, cutlery, and kitchen tools efficiently.
• Proper disposal and removal of kitchen waste from designated containers.
• Cleaning and upkeep of cooking appliances including cookers and grills.
• Supporting chefs with fundamental food preparation tasks such as peeling and chopping fruits and vegetables.
