Role Summary
The Senior Technical Lead role entails leading technical teams focused on developing, deploying, and maintaining Java applications utilizing Spring Boot, AWS, and Docker technologies. Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor development teams in the design, creation, and deployment of Java-based applications.
- Architect and implement solutions leveraging the Spring Boot framework to deliver efficient and reliable software.
- Develop scalable and secure cloud applications through Amazon Web Services.
- Use Docker containerization for effective application deployment and lifecycle management.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business goals.
- Perform code reviews, optimize system performance, and resolve technical issues to preserve application quality.
- Keep abreast of emerging technological trends to propose and integrate improvements and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills
